3. Services

These terms apply to guided Arctic Travel & Adventures bookings.

• Cancellation 7 days or more prior to departure: full refund.
• Cancellation between 3 and 6 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 3 days: no refund; booking may be rescheduled once.

To request a refund or schedule change, use Contact Us. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Services confirmed through local partnerships incur non recoverable costs. Cancellations within 3 days prior to departure are not eligible for refunds to cover these costs.

4. Info Products

This section covers digital guides and webinar access.

Purchases are delivered instantly. You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if access has not been initiated. After access, no refund is available. To request a refund, use Contact Us.

5. Goods

Applies to physical materials and gear.

Defective items may be returned within 30 days for inspection and a replacement or refund. Non defective items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us via Contact Us. Returned items must include proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges are offered when available.

6. Payment

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments are due in advance. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of orders and bookings.

7. Liability

Polaryxa is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, acts of local authorities, or other external factors. Our liability is limited to refunding any payments made to us.
